Leaseback with Option to Repurchase
If you register with us and your lender still will not modify your loan, and given the correct set of circumstances, we will purchase your home for all cash and lease it back to you for a term of seven (7) years. We will also provide you with a recorded and guaranteed option to repurchase your home during the seven (7) year term of the lease under the following terms:
Purchase Price plus 20% should you repurchase your home anytime during the first year with that price increasing by 5% per year thereafter.
Example: Based upon $1,200 per month rental rate:

Purchase Price Appraised Value: $150,000
Repurchase Price year 1: $180,000
Repurchase Price year 2: $189,000
Repurchase Price year 3: $198,450
