Loan Modification Mediation

Many of you have asked us to contact your lender, on your behalf, in order to help you mediate your loan modification. In as much as we have 20 years of experience mediating civil litigation cases, we’ve decided to offer that service for a fee of $99.00 if you’ve already submitted your complete application to your lender and you’ve been declined at least once.

If you are a Wage Earner (receive a W-2 from your employer) assemble two (2) pay stubs showing YTD earnings and your last two months bank statements.

If you are self employed, please provide your Profit and Loss Statement and last four (4) months complete business bank statements.
